1. Data controller

CFO Eyes, operated by Black Grouse, Stockholm, Sweden, is the data controller. Contact for privacy matters is via the contact form.

2. What we collect

Contact details you provide: name, email and company name when requesting a quote, creating an account, using the contact form or signing an NDA.

Contract data: which products you ordered, your license acceptance, timestamp and browser information (user agent) as evidence of that acceptance.

Uploaded material: if you use our reporting service you may upload financial material. It is used only to produce your report.

Technical data: essential cookies for sign-in and language choice. We use no marketing or tracking cookies.

3. Why we process it

To perform our contract with you (deliver products, run your account, provide support), to meet legal obligations (accounting), and for our legitimate interest in evidencing license acceptance and preventing unauthorised redistribution of our files.

4. How long we keep it

Customer and order data is kept for seven years under Swedish accounting law. License and NDA acceptances are kept for as long as the license is valid. Uploaded material is deleted once your report has been delivered, or earlier on request.

5. Recipients and processors

We never share your data for marketing and never sell it. Data is processed in our website, database and email systems by providers acting as processors, within the EU/EEA where possible. Uploaded material is never used for AI training.

6. Security

Data is stored encrypted, access is limited to authorised persons and all transfers use encrypted connections.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to processing. Contact us via the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

8. Cookies

We only use cookies and local storage required for the site to work: sign-in, cart and language choice. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.
