Terms of Sale

1. Seller

CFO Eyes is operated by Black Grouse. Contact: via kontaktformuläret, Stockholm, Sweden. Questions about orders, licenses and invoices are handled via the contact form.

2. Products

We sell digital products (Excel models, templates, manuals and training material) as well as advisory and training services. Product descriptions, formats and contents are stated on each product page.

3. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed by submitting a quote or invoice request through the website. No payment is taken on the website. We respond with a quote or invoice by email within one business day. Prices include VAT for Swedish customers unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are 15 days net unless otherwise agreed.

4. Delivery

Digital files are delivered as download links by email as soon as payment is registered, normally within one business day. No physical delivery takes place.

5. License

Your purchase grants a personal single-user license to the buyer and their company for internal use. Files may be adapted and used internally without limit.

You may not resell, share, publish or otherwise distribute the files to third parties, in original or modified form. Use by several individuals or companies requires a team license. Files are marked with the buyer's identity and redistribution can be traced.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU distance selling rules. For digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal lapses once the download has started, provided the customer has expressly consented and acknowledged the loss of that right. This consent is given at the time of ordering.

Business purchases are not covered by the statutory right of withdrawal.

7. Complaints and support

If a file is corrupt, faulty or does not match its description, contact us via kontaktformuläret within 30 days and we will fix it or refund your purchase.

8. Limitation of liability

Templates are provided for informational and illustrative purposes and do not constitute financial, legal or professional advice. We accept no liability for decisions made based on the material. Users are solely responsible for verifying accuracy, completeness and compliance with applicable laws, accounting standards and regulations. Our total liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid for the product.

9. Intellectual property

All material, including files, text, images and structure, belongs to CFO Eyes / Black Grouse and is protected by copyright.

10. Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish general courts. Consumers may also refer a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
